Then there's the singles, which happen to be jammed into the same holes as larger CSA cables..

Obviously that shiny copper & the gland...... but what about those blue singles......are they neutral or blue phase..... has somebody made the classic & transposed L3 & Neutral?

Since they have used brown for L1 then the Neutral should be blue, but it seems to be connected to L3.......
 
Rough, to say the least!

No protection on that shape edge...you can even see where its scrapped the insulation whne he pulled those singles in.
