sorry, with it being christmas and all I didn't get round to posting..
I've now lost a total of 77.5lbs, that's 5 1/2 stone ( just over ) in old money..
my being out of work and christmas played havoc with my losses due to lack of structure to my days, but now I'm back in a job I should be back on track..

I decided to have a bit of detox after Christmas
Had one pint of Guinness since Boxing Day, had no chocolate/crisps/cakes etc for 3 weeks started doing a little exercise and lost
12lbs in 2 weeks by just basically eating healthy and cutting out the bad stuff

I lost just over a stone in 6 weeks, cut out all the crap, walk 45 minutes every lunchtime during the week and cycled a few miles Sat/Sun, drunk two litres of water everyday
sorry, I don't get on here much these days..
I'm now fast approaching 7st lost ... 95lbs lost since I started in the last week of August 2010..
