Vitamin D reminder especially relevent to Black and Ethnic Minority Groups

The "RIGHT DOSE" is not universal - depends on your age, how much body fat you're carrying, how much high fructose corn syrup you consume, if you take cholesterol lowering medication, your skin colour, etc.

One thing for sure is 400iu for a fully grown adult is pretty much useless for most adults living in the UK from now until April 2021 when the UVB Radiation Index is somewhere between 0 to 2.

If HFCS is a factor, then fortunately the EU & UK don't use HFCS in anything like the quantities that the US use.
 
That's not helpful, if I wanted to trawl through a website established to show how wonderful vitamin D was, I'd go there.

There's some huge holes in your logic, causality and causation for example. I'll wait until there is actual science rather than going full Donald Trump.
