We are all closely inter-related

Oh yeah, the all singing all dancing wheelchair. Be racist if you didn't get the best, how it works in it?

It is estimated that over 16 million descendants living today have the same Y-chromosome as Attilla the Hun .

He was a randy lad and liked to put it around quite a bit .
As he was about in about 445 AD, and the population of the earth was only about 200 million, it's very possible that far more than that are related to Atilla the Hun.
500 AD was about 1500 years ago, so to work out the number of antecedents of just one person is 2 to the power of 60 (15 X 4), which is 1,152,921,504,606,846,976, I think. That's far greater than the current population of the earth, which is about 8,000,000,000 people.
So it might be fair to say that there might be one or two people not related to Atilla the Hun, but it's unlikely.

...and in receipt of British public money for the rest of her life.
So you want to deprive a child, who presumably has the right to a British passport, of care within the British system because her colour offends you? And if her parents live snd work in ghe UK doesn't that give them rights, too? Have you ever worked alongside people from other cultures? If you had you might be able to see "these people" as human beings, just like you. There is certainly a need for education on this topic, but anythong else starts to border on eugenics. And you know which way that leads

It's not hard is it? If you want to cut down the chances of congenital defects stop shag*ing your cousin.

That's why immigration and emigration is so important, to bring fresh DNA into the resident population.
It's about 2% per year for Iceland.
it's half that for UK, at about 1%.
Your conclusions?

The isle of whight has a problem

And explains what has occurred in Leicester ref the riot / disturbance

In breeding ??? Possibly

Ask a genealogist, they're all over it. Relatedness is measured in centimorgans, which reflects probablilities about matching bits of DNA.

Below some number of centimorgans, related people become as different as unrelated. It's not all that far apart, where that happens.

Everyone has their mother's mitochondrial DNA so that goes back a rather long way, give or take a few mutations.
That and the Y DNA thing are a bit spooky, to me.

Even better, welcome foreigners, and the gene pool is well replenished.
But that's not your style is it. You prefer to whip up hatred against foreigners.

Think of it as trying to create a breed of cat with pure white fur, and pink eyes.
You start with a couple of tabby cats, and you only allow the cats with bits of white to breed, You keep doing that ad infinitum, allowing the cats with the most white bits, and nearest to pink eyes to breed.
Eventually you might end up with a pair of cats that can be relied upon to breed white kittens with pink eyes.
Unfortunately as the kittens grow up, you realise that they're deaf, and are easily run over because they can't hear the approaching vehicles.
The pure bred white cats never live long enough to learn some traffic sense.

Whereas mongrel cats are hardy, they can hear, they can run faster, they are more aware of traffic, and they live longer to learn more.

I think you'll find that the Isle of Wight is a long way from Leicester, and Leicester is nowhere near Dover either, before you claim it is.
Didn't you learn anything in school, or was geography just not your strong point?

Genetic ancestry is an inexact science.

Genetic ancestry testing is an inexact science, task force says

The variety of testing methods—based on mtDNA, Y chromosome markers and autosomal DNA variants—and analyses can produce results with vastly different interpretations. Scans for haploid genetic markers can indicate a common paternal ancestor, but "they reflect only a fraction of any person's total genetic ancestry," the authors noted.

You sure

Incidentally have you found out where Calais is :ROFLMAO:

You should have paid more attention at school doubt geography was the only subject you never paid much attention to
