Gave it a shot this morning. I separated the whites and yolks from two eggs, whipped up the whites to a firm froth then folded the yolks in before making a frothy omelette. Came unstuck when I tried to flip it though so looked a bit of a mess. Placed that on top of my porridge and tucked in. Different! Definitely filling though.![]()
I wondered what a frothy omelette was! But I get it now. It's what Delia calls a soufflé omelette. I like mine with damson jam. I have to say the porridge and omelette combo sounds quite weird.
