What are you having for breakfast?

For breakfast?? You're a sick man :)

I saw the tuna mayo in the fridge when I was getting the milk for my cup of tea, and I just felt the urge!

I often end up doing meals the wrong way round.

When a mate of mine was working as a Eurobond dealer many, many years ago and had a massive expense account, the thing to do at the time when going to lunch with others in the office was first course - dessert, main course next, then a starter to finish!

Breakfast is for
..real men. Yeah, we know.

This morning I had Yoghurt -10% no less, berries, berries, grapes, dried cranberries, golden flaxseed, assorted nuts and seeds topped with honey. There was no washing up involved either - I had it straight from the pot, real man style. ;)

Coffee, Yoghurt with nuts and honey, toast, fried eggs, bacon and tomatoes, cheese and assorted meats, cake, then croissant with honey, more coffee. Burp!

I occasionally, have a Weetabix, from a large pack - bought a large pack, because Lidl only stock large - Then t'other day, spotted the BBE was April 2025, and so binned them. Instead, picked up something I'd not had since a kid - Shredded Wheat, but couldn't even remember if I liked them, or how I liked to eat them - I have this peculiar way to have Wheatabix, with sugar, milk, then warmed in the m/wave.

I tried one SW, cold, with milk and sugar, that gave me the nudge/brought back the memory, and I quite enjoyed it, so I had a second one.

Strange how long the taste, and smell memories survive?

That sounds like a combination of Italian, German and British breakfasts.
