It's nothing to do with fear of foreigners John. I dare say that most people on here have many foreign friends.
It's...
A. The conduct and behaviour of many of these people in the country that allowed them in and showed the hand of friendship.
B. In some countries, the infrastructure is strained enough as it is. Allowing more in will only add to the issue.

Neither should be ignored.
