that Eastern European EU countries do no appear to suffer from "home grown" terrorism ?

perhaps they have an answer to this complex question ?

Imho the U.K ,France ,Germany, Belgium should send some type of working party /study group out to these countries & see if any thing can be learned ???

There is no other reason. The terrorists will target a country and a place or event in that country whereby the actions of the terrorists will have the greatest impact. They are unlikely to target a poor downtrodden lonely goat herder in some east European rat hole.

I believe that when someone is deported from France it happens immediately. They can appeal but only from a foreign country. And apparently no one has ever successfully appealed.
