No confidence vote against TM as party leader

Brexiteers kind of democracy?
In what way?

You think in a referendum the least amount of votes wins :ROFLMAO:

No sooner have your strawman arguments about the EU been demolished than

I see nobody has come forward yet to show how the EU system is democratic. Oh dear, we will have to assume they dont know.

I see nobody has come forward yet to show how the EU system is democratic.
Despite the numerous claims that the EU is undemocratic, no-one has yet been able to illustrate, in the slightest, how it is any less democratic than the UK, the mother of all parliaments, the one that Brexiteers wished to "return sovereignty" to.
Moreover they have been presented with numerous examples of the UK being less democratic than the EU.

Here you go, an argument for you to digest:
"How democratic is the European Union?

The EU is undoubtedly representative – more so than many national parliaments, including Britain’s.

The parliament is transparent enough and I have always found Commission civil servants to be much more open to enquiries than those working in the British government.
The verdict
Clearly the EU structure has defects when assessed by the normal standards of Western democracy – but I would argue that the British parliament, with its unelected House of Lords and an unrepresentative House of Commons (in terms of the balance of political parties to votes cast), is even less democratic.
So all in all, the EU is, or is at least working to be, a democratic organisation. It has its failings but national governments have just as many – if not more."

And more:"
"The old jibe that the EU is undemocratic just doesn’t bear up to scrutiny, says MALCOLM TURNER. "

EU is anti democratic and always has been ;)

Most of the EU had only just discovered democracy in the last 40 odd years ;)

Interesting that all those, saying the EU is democratic, have refused to prove the veracity of their claim.
You seem to be missing the point, again.

Whether deliberately or because of a genuine lack of ability to understand, I don't know.

It does though seem very simple to a lot of other people - if you're going to lay a charge of being undemocratic against the EU and use that as a reason for leaving then it really does behove you to say which parts you think are undemocratic and how they compare to the UK equivalents.

That is not "what aboutery", it is fundamental to the validity of the claim that we should leave the EU because it is not democratic enough.

And BTW - the other thing which seems very simple to a lot of other people - the continued refusal of the Quitlings who cite that as a reason to show that it is valid just proves that either they know it isn't or they don't have a clue.

The EU is undemocratic always has been

Various dictats rules and regs have been passed over beer and sandwiches

Dare say the majority of the population had no idea that the UK had adopted in excess of 400,000!EU rules and regs

From flushing there bog to hoovering there carpets

That'll be 15 years before it came into being.
I think you're wrong. But I won't argue the point. I'll accept your suggestion. You seem to have been so insistent you said it twice.

Please define what you mean by "undemocratic" and give specific examples. Refusal or inability do to so will seriously damage the credibility of your arguments.

Please give some specific examples, and show why we should not have had those rules and regulations anyway, and show where we ended uo having to have them despite opposition from our own democratically elected parliament. Refusal or inability do to so will seriously damage the credibility of your arguments.

Please explain why excessive water or electricity usage is a good thing, and why we in the UK should therefore do them and how they are intrinsic to our way of life. Refusal or inability do to so will seriously damage the credibility of your arguments.

 Do yer own research

the credibility of your argument went down the collective toilet 2 years ago

Pedantry.

Interesting that you point out the Maastrict treaty. The point at which an economic trading union became a political union and the major reason for Euroscepticism.
