Have you seen the footage from inside.

Somebody is saying 'I only put that last bit of skirting on 10 minutes ago' :ROFLMAO:

In addition to the repair cost, if the hotel was opening this weekend, there will a loss of earnings claim.

£600 is an awful lot to an awful lot of people.
I agree! I could sure use £600 to fix a leak right now.
But I think his behaviour was WAAAAAY OTT.
Imagine if he gets home and his missus has got the dinner wrong....

Imagine he was so financially stressed that he jumped off the hotel.

MMmmm, not sure if many of you are actually trade?

This sort of thing is often resolved with violence, or the threat of it.

I think he went about it wrong. A bloke pi$$ed me off to the tune of £1000's & all I ever did was stuff an old pair of my missus knickers down his passenger side doorwell. I'm told his divorce cost him nearly £1/2m & the last we heard he was living in a bedsit in Skegness :-)

Only for 10 years unfortunately.

Brilliant. Sending someone to Skegness is the ultimate get your own back.

Bringing back memories . . . I remember a site in London in the early 80's where I learned the subtle art of 'Dust Sheeting'. This was proabaly the very early days of individuals contracting to a sub-contractor who was contracted to the main contractor . . . You get the drift?

All this bloke did was pi$$ everyone else off by playing a different radio station in his own particular work space & quick as a flash (whoosh) one of my dust sheets was whipped away, thrown over & wrapped around him. Before I could put my brush down at least 38 people had laid the boot in & smashed his radio into smithereens, when I finally got my dustsheet back . . . . Guess who he thinks kicked his kidneys all the way back to Stevenage????

I think he left home in a strop because his Missus had got his breakfast wrong.

Arrest the wife I say.

If you're going to do that sort of thing, go and do it to the house of the bloke responsible for you not getting paid.

Same old legal quagmire for you, but at least you've got at him. This way he's probably going to make even more money fixing what you broke.

There may be some sort of insurance cover against damage by vandals.

Was this guy an independent contractor? If so then he must have insurance in place or otherwise he wouldn't be allowed onto the job?
