Here is a really stupid idea:
Tell the country you are working all out to get a deal, but actually make no effort to make a deal, put all effort in to force through a no deal.

A no deal which merely means going back to the EU and negotiating a deal.
It wont end anything.

Agree a deal with the EU, get parliament to agree, then put it back to the people to agree. If everybody agrees, we're out.
If not, we're not out, and the Brexit game will be over.

Calm down testy before you burst a blood vessel, you're on course to win a majority. I wouldnt like to see you when you are under pressure.

Brexit is a brilliant diversionary gambit by the Tory party and they will pull it off, instead of talking about their awful domestic agenda the discussion has been about the EU.

The Brexit game will never be over, the 2016 referendum was a watershed and not some sort of mental aberration on the part of people who voted leave.
The genie is out of the bottle and wont be going back in any time soon.
This fact has yet to set in remainers minds, they still have the same old delusional mindset they had at the time of the 2016 referendum.

That might be so, but will any PM or political party have the courage to leave without a deal? Maybe Boris is crazy enough to do so. He won't have the backing of parliament though.
