I have eye-lids.

Although I've said that to someone else and he said his eye-lids didn't keep out the light.

Even 'looking' at the Sun with eyes shut I just see red - my blood I suppose - but that's hardly the same as a bedroom with just ordinary curtains.

I must have very thin eyelids, because I can see a marked difference with light on/ light off.

My bedside light is cool white 5W LED.
