Wrong question.
Suppose Notch said, "there are some people who believe God exists."
To try to disprove Notch's theory, you ask, "Does God exist?"
You could expect about 100% negative replies.
But if you'd asked the right question: Do some people believe God exists? You probably would have received about 100% affirmative responses.

Please, rephrase your question.

A more interesting question is, why do some people think that racism doesn't exist? There are countless examples published on the internet of people claiming it doesn't exist, so no need to ask if some people don't think it exists.

And then, the next questions are, how do we teach people that thinking racism does not exist is part of the problem - until those that deny it exist accept that there are real problems of racism in society, it will never be overcome.

(I hope I have this time worded my comment in such a way as to not sound like I am accusing anybody here of being racist - because I am not!)

I think you have worded it wrongly.

Surely it will never be overcome until all people(s) stop being racist.
