As said, it is difficult to show remorse when you're surrounded by ex-ISIS fighters and wives.

Right. So the government have a suspicion that she is a criminal, but can't prove it, so they treat her like a criminal.
Oooeer, a slippery slope!

As said, if a 21 year old girl who is daft enough to be radicalised into ISIS can outwit the UK security forces, and present a security risk, then the UK security forces need a shake up.

Well she hardly ran off to Syria illegally to marry an Isis fighter and assist in helping "the cause" because she thought she was going on holiday to paint fluffy clouds and rainbows.

"Des" admitted he'd killed about fifteen men, but he still had to stand trial.
Shemima begum has been sentenced without charge, without trial, and without having an opportunity to present her case.

At the end of the day, the majority of the British public (at least 70%) agree with the government.

It doesn't affect you in France, which already has its fair share of Islamic issues.

So keep your nose out(n)

All these protestations of innocence until proven guilty, and the general supposed principle - sop, amuse me.

If she did come back (and with all other criminals) are you suggesting the police should arrest an innocent person?

That is a question to be considered further down the line. You can't deny someone their Human Rights for problems that have not yet arisen, or for solutions that you cannot find.
She was born and brought up in UK, she was radicalised in UK. It's a British problem.
Sha has no access to any process to leave the refugee camp. She is a problem that has been foisted on Syria. She is susceptible to further radicalisation in the camp.
Imagine a person was an immigrant and they were denied the right to remain in the UK. They were therefore required to leave while they fought their case to return. Is this much different?

She has a legal team much more capable of arguing her case and I suspect they are also not funded by her, so there really isn't much "instructing" for her to do that she cannot do where she is.

There is a real argument that once here, if she is not granted the right to stay, she cannot be removed.

She was her own worst enemy. It’s not like she went there, realised it was a mistake & tried to come back.
She’s shown no remorse, the opposite in fact.
Same with Jack Letts. If they return they would become antiheroes. **** em.
