Vaccine and boosters adverse effects

Once more mRNA vaccines have gone through the usual slow funding and development process can we stop calling mRNA experimental?

No they haven't. That's why your decision making process is suspect. You spread lies.
Oops

Just one such example...

Linky Linky

"The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed the company has been given an indemnity protecting it from legal action as a result of any problems with the vaccine.

Ministers have also changed the law in recent weeks to give new protections to companies such as Pfizer, giving them immunity from being sued by patients in the event of any complications"

Don't forget to collect your coat on your way out ;)

I'd say don't be so ****ing dense but I don't think you have a choice in it.

No, not on the market, because developing the vaccine component has never been the slow bit of making a vaccine. The slow bits are funding, getting a trial approved and slowly working through paperwork.

During the pandemic we threw admin staff and money at the vaccines and it worked. We wasted money on ones that failed that normal processes would have culled earlier in development, but that was ok. Now we're back to business as usual. Except the vaccine development component of the multi year process now takes weeks instead of months.

Look! Phase 2 trials for a cancer vaccine.

PS. It has been 2 years since the first mRNA vaccine was approved, not three.
we threw staff at it really were did all these staff come from who was paying for them
vaccines in weeks rather than months ? really stop making things up . as you said they are still in development and none have come to market in record time despite everything they must have learnt during the covid process

The MHRA has lots of staff working on lots of different projects. When COVID trials were being planned they were made available in real time. No more 2 week turnarounds to get a clarification on a single point or the monthly approval boards.

When people needed to set up trials teams to manage the trials there was no funding challenges. NHS units were informed it was top priority and they should drop other research for it.

Who paid? Internal investment as it was obvious that a COVID vaccine would be worth a fortune. Funding decisions were instant. No more year long processes to demonstrate a market.

Many laboratories can now rapidly determine the genetic makeup of a virus, called the “genome.” Once the genome is identified, scientists can plug it into the vaccine-making process and quickly produce a new or updated mRNA vaccine. On Jan. 11, 2020, scientists in China made the genome of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) publicly available. Within two days, Moderna designed an mRNA vaccine that would tell our cells to make the spike protein found in the virus. Within 26 days Moderna had its first batch of vaccine. And March 16—just 65 days after the virus’ genome became known, Moderna started clinical trials.
Having something you think will work is a massive difference to having something you know works and that you can produce and sell at scale.

You don't understand this topic. Unless you accept that as a starting point you will continue to make stupid comments.

Care to post a definitive link to back that up?

I don't think the CPA has been repealed yet....

"Regulation 345 does not provide complete immunity from civil liability. As Directive 2001/83 requires, regulation 345(4) preserves the application of section 2 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (CPA). This means that if a product does not meet the standards set by the Part 1 of the CPA, manufacturers and marketing authorisation holders are not protected from legal action. A product is defective, for the purposes of the CPA, “…if the safety of the product is not such as persons generally are entitled to expect…”, taking all the circumstances into account."

internal investment are you sure about that follow where the money came from and were the profits went . NHS were dropping other research really what research was that then ?
Stop bumping your gums

Initially internal investment, then government grants, then spending by healthcare agencies.

The NHS has research departments in every hospital doing studies on virtually every condition we treat. They are the people who recruit participants, collect the data, assist in arranging any different treatment regimes and do the paperwork. All COVID research got pushed to the top of the list and all other projects either deprioritised or frozen entirely.

As I said, you are ignorant and you don't know enough to know you're ignorant.

oh so yet again you back tracking were did the bulk of the money come from throughout the worlds major countries and were did the profits go .Do you not think that these decision making parts of a new vaccine were rushed through because the companies were told there would be no come back on them or is that just cynical thinking
And yes some not all trials were stopped but the majority of staff were put into front line work not covid research and testing

But every single one needed to recruit COVID trial participants were available. Immediately, not after a two month application process to be allowed to run a trial, and another month of waiting to see if they won the application, and another two months of setup and getting people signed off.

In a hundred ways all the normal time wasting activities that are needed to avoid wasted money and time were dropped because this was important and urgent.

Therefore there is a level of immunity...

'taking all the circumstances into account.' means there is a clear cut get out clause!

And since it would have to be a 'civil claim', and no legal aid is available...

Care to tell us how any normal person could afford to take on the government/big pharma?

And while you are about, would you care to tell us how long the contaminated blood product saga has been going on?

FFS quit waffling about the Covid vaccine. Its the same as any other for crying out loud. Saves lives and is harmless. You dredging up any old bullshít you can lay your mouse on, won't change that. We are here boyo, alive and well and not dead from Covid. Millions sadly are not.
