Total disgrace in these institutional pencil pushing paper shuffling jobs

No one is ever held to account ( or very rarely)

Get some some plumber who makes a mistake and they get banged up or find thousands of pounds

Prisons would be full of plumbers. ;)

Some parent on the radio talking about holding the hand of her baby as it was screaming in pain

Basically dieing from letbys intervention

Letby was present

"For Dr Brearey and his fellow consultants, the deaths of the two triplets were a tipping point. That evening, Dr Brearey says he called duty executive Karen Rees and demanded Letby be taken off duty. She refused.
Dr Brearey says he challenged her about whether she was making this decision against the wishes of seven consultant paediatricians - and asked if she would take responsibility for anything that might happen to other babies the next day. He says Ms Rees replied "yes".

She has surely got to be sacked and never employed in the NHS ever again.

Apparently Letby launched a complaint against the consultants f

They had to apologise to her

The consultant(s)were also warned of serious consequences (?) if they continued this vendetta (?) agsinst Letby

Jeez us kin wept you could not make this s*** up

Yeah not sure if you're watching BBC news at 6 like me, however the catalogue of f*** ups by the ex chief exec and medical director was shocking. Of course they've released the usual blah blah blah statements. May they hang their heads in shame.

It's not completely unusual to read reports about clinical staff getting bullied/harassed by senior management. This seems to be a case in point.

Radio 4 news

She'll be sentenced on Monday and her legal team are saying she won't be appearing for sentencing.

I read about this in another case i.e. the perpetrator deciding not to appear.

Unless there's a VERY good medical reason for people found guilty not to appear, it should be mandatory that they do.

She's innocent.

You're looking at the data wrongly and you don't understand statistics.

How would you enforce it ??

Resort to violence ;)

If she is not in solitary for the duration of her sentence then IMO it wont be a long one, they will rip her apart.
Even criminals hate baby killers.

Surely they should have suspended her pending investigation? My concern separately is the jury took a long time to reach a verdict on this one.

Much of the evidence could have been circumstantial.

Same way you would enforce movement of any criminal that resists being moved.

Potential Violence than

Chained to a wheel chair

Gagged so as to stop
Verbally abusing the victims parents

Spit mask ??

I don’t have a problem with any of the above and after reviewing the evidence

she would be 6 foot under by the end of next week

Although certain medical tests should be carried out so as to see if she is compatable with organ transplant donation ???

So any bump off date may need to be delayed ???

How will you get her to attend the sentencing if she refuses ????
