They are about as reliable are their GDP figures.

I'm not siwveling and swervng, I'm accusing you of presenting information in such a way that it appears to support your misinterpreted opinion.
The fire sevice charges are locally determined charges. They're not universal, they're not a blanket imposition and they're not peculiar to Ireland.
The hospital charges have so many exemptions and waivers that I'm not sure it's worth maintaining an admin system to process them.
In addition there's no evidence to support the claim that these charges cause homelessnes.

It would be easier and more accurate to say that it is possible to incur charges, IF you don't qualify for free.
What caused that then, is it globalists or agent 30 or was it aliens sucking up refugees and transferring to Dublin by the mothership
