OMG this is interestingtune back in tomorrow

It's a toilet seat.I know exactly what it is, but I won't ruin it

its still clamped up waiting for the the glue to dry, and I went to bed last nightIs the toilet seat ready tio show yet? I will be fascinated to see this. I like seeing people do things with wood in a creative way. A mate of mine carved an owl out of his tree with a chainsaw.

Bit drastic, couldn't he have just thrown a stick at it?
Shouldn’t they be fused a bit lower then ?I was called out today to a lamp post internal fire. Because they run off 500A fuses they don't blow, just keep fizzing until we shut them down.

No the national grid is 500A which is what the mains is for the lights. The actual lights are fused down to 6A, If a car knocks them down as they do quite frequently, the actual mains cable will still be live, it would be rare for the main substation fuse (500A) to blow. It is the same with your house, you have a 500A main incommer fused down to 100A or 60A in your cutout. You might blow the 100A fuse but you wont blow the substation fuse.Shouldn’t they be fused a bit lower then ?

Is the toilet seat ready to reveal?its still clamped up waiting for the the glue to dry, and I went to bed last night

we're weeks of that - I'm notoriously slow,Is the toilet seat ready to reveal?
Cars don’t crash into domestic CU’s. How often do cars - or their occupiers- that crash into lighting columns get electrocuted? No the national grid is 500A which is what the mains is for the lights.
