It is a sad and sorry state of affairs that we now have to have a judge and a court ruling to tell us what a woman is.
It's a sad and sorry state of affairs that we now have to have debates here with people who can't read a court ruling and see that it is about what the court thought Parliament intended wrt the use of one term in one Act.

I personally do not see the spectrum of sex development as deviations.

To refuse to consider that evidence means not arriving at a sensible and well-informed conclusion.
And when it's a subject area in which one has no expertise whatsoever, it is folly (and that's putting it politely) to maintain a position based on ignorance and cherry-picking the evidence to "consider".

He accepts that usually there is a correlation of phenotypic traits with 'biological sex', but those traits do not define 'biological sex'.
But he does say that gamete size does that.

Which somewhat blows up when used as a binary determinant when you encounter people who produce neither size.
