Woman and Sex, means biological sex.

I think the toilets in domestic houses can be distinguished from public toilets because there is usually a separate door to the whole room. Rather than just a separate door to each cubicle.
What's the difference between a room and a cubicle? If a space is enclosed by floor to ceiling walls and a full door, isn't that a room?

But you refuse to accept that any opinions from anybody with more expertise than you which contradict your repeated claims about sex being binary could possibly be true. You are disallowing experts from not sharing your opinion.
We are faced with two conflicting opinions.

1) the word "woman" means an adult human who is biologically female

2) the word "woman" means any person who utters the magic words "I am a woman."

I hold the first opinion

You hold the second.

Perhaps you will convince the world that you are right.

I doubt it.

Only in the minds of people whose minds are so circumscribed that they just cannot cope with the idea that more than one person could share views which oppose theirs.
Who mentioned you ?

That’s a bit of a weird reply, clearly I’ve touched a nerve

Well, looks like you fooled Lirefighter there.

Others not so easily fooled will quite clearly see that what you did was to try and wriggle away from dealing with the problem you actually quoted, which is that sex is not binary by throwing out a comment about transgenderism.

And BTW -

You hold the second.
You won't be able to show anything which proves that, but I won't embarrass you by asking you to do so.

So one court rules "you have to have legislation which says this", and that's being forced.

Yes, UK had to follow the European Court of Human Rights.

And another court rules that "you have to have legislation which means this", and that's not being forced.

That is not what the Supreme Court said. They said "the UK already has legislation, and this is what it means".

So in reply to my question you show a photograph of cubicles.

Which doesn't answer "What's the difference between a room and a cubicle?".

If in those spaces on the right there were no gaps above or below the walls or the doors, would they be rooms?
