We have to ensure thousands of points for the lighting is electricaly tested and working along with certifying the isolators. Then we have to ensure all of the hanging brackets are in place and not corroded to hold the lights onto the lamp posts. Then we have to individually set all of the timers for the lights to come on and off at the correct times. This is all before testing all of the xmas lighting itself. we have to ensure all the xmas trees are available and the decorative lights and points are tested. Times all of this by the thousands of lights that we have to fit and you can get the idea of the scale of thingsI moved this bit here to reply.
