Well this is a first for me. I thought that I had seen it all from my cherry picker over the years but this one made me laugh. You might be forgiven to think I am in the country side today. No I am in a town and this is their front garden.

As a disabled, elderly, mobility scooter user, I often have a moan about vehicles unnecessarily parked, blocking footpaths. I would certainly never complain about an obstruction which was necessary/essential.

Exactly this. I can understand anyone being annoyed at a car just parked straddling a path for no reason but in my case we have to to reach the lights and to minimise disruption to the flow of traffic.
