When I was a school leaver, I helped out a decorator mate who was near retirement. He was getting A bit wobbly-kneed, so I got up the top of a triple extension ladder on this Victorian house.

Never mind his knees,that bloody ladder was wobbly once you got to the top!

I'd move the back boxes slightly over so the edges of the plates once fitted line up better with the verticals.
