Must say I'm sure like many of us were surprised how young the arrested guy was. I expected someone in their late 40's/50's we shall see.

Info still seems a little scarce but from what I've read, initially it was thought the head injuries were sustained from a fall. Then a neighbour reported a young man turning up in the early hours, maybe it was just a fall after all.

The police usually give ethnicity of suspect. If they said nothing most people would assume the suspect was of an ethnic minority, with good reason looking at recent history.

I think you have your reasoning erse about face. Attacks on politicians have been carried out largely by white people whilst those MP's that are attacked most frequently are ethnic minority.
