You can see who took cocaine by the look of his face. Known to send people psychotic and a touch homicidal. Cannabis leads to a don't care attitude especially in relationship to others.Also psychosis eventually. Opium is the odd one - understand it leads to dreams and apathy. He thought it was time to be honest so would tell people how he is wrecking there lives or maybe that he couldn't really do anything about it.
They did something really weird a few budgets ago. Said councils could keep their business rates if they liked and told an MP from up North that his local newsagents wouldn't have to pay any at all as set a higher threshold. Councils in London must have been jumping with glee. Done so they say so councils would do things that attract business

but the truth is any government would struggle now because of 10 years of Tory ideology of cutting services until they fail, then privatise them for a quick buck.
clearly there was no need for 10 years of hard austerity, because there clearly is a magic money tree.
