Anyone on here still pay roaming charges?

Who I work for
so they charge you for personal use so you would be paying for any personal use abroad anyway so it hasnt cost you more
Your employer has took out a cheap business essential contract with EE that only allows inclusive use in the uk
Now if your employer had took out a business all rounder contract then eu roaming would be include in the contract .

Of course, but they didn't. I can't avoid roaming charges on that one so got my own phone a few months back. That has cost me.

I suppose that EU members coming here have to pay roaming and I would imagine there are more EU members come here than we go there ( dunno ) So it would be more advantageous for the EU members to have roaming so why cant we agree a deal that covers this for everyone EU and UK

Something like the EU maybe ?

Could cover more than just roaming. You know, like, movement of goods, port checks, forms etc.

I find ID has good coverage. If you don’t, you could always try one of the others that use the other three major networks. They all offer inclusive roaming. Something we were supposed to lose when we left the EU.
It depends where you are.

I was with Three for donkey's, then moved to Smarty. I got belting reception when we went down the Smoke to see Rowan play in the U20s County final at Twickenham, but in "the Provinces", it's hit and miss.

Roaming is included for all with O2 Pay Monthly and PAYG but for everyone else, according to searches on the internet, it depends what plan you are on, and/ or when it was taken out as to whether you get free roaming or not.

It is a company contract through EE, personal calls are charged for. I have no way of changing it.
Let me get this right. You have a company phone but have to pay for personal calls? How much? Are there no inclusive minutes in this contract? What idiot in the company took out these contracts? Even a £5 monthly contract has unlimited minutes and my monthly bill shows all my calls and the price of each call which is always £0.00. How do they charge you?
