Its not the DUP resisting.
The rebels have always been known.
The GFA was always doomed to failure.

Of course the GFA was doomed to failure. The DUP have tried to make it fail.
Even now they are resisting the reformation of Stormont in an effort to reintroduce direct rule from London.
You can't be suggesting that Sinn Fein want direct rule?
