Crazy.

I thought one person from one household meeting one other from another was acceptable?

And since when was a flask of coffee a picnic?

And since when were picnics banned?

The police make themselves look like idiots trying to restrict the lawful freedoms of the public.

And because there is no 'prescribed' definition of "your local area".
Which leaves the guidelines open to interpretation.

beats me where they dug them all up from. don’t see a copper from one month to the next normally. what a waste of resources. Just goes to show how trivial their normal duties are that they can just be redirected as easily as that for flu.
Keeps the flat earth garlic chompers from meetin and breedin.

In my book they'd be better off reminding people to keep their distance when in queues etc.
Stupid people aint listening hence the coppers getting tougher...Almost a year in and the fukwits are stll taking no notice.

Couple of bimbos.

Driving five miles for a walk, when they could have just opened their front door and walked outside, is definitely not within the guide.

And yes, just got to be carrying the cups of coffee on this hike. FFS.

What else do you think they might have been there for?
Is it a popular dogging site, or something?
If it is, don't tell Andy. ;)

Derbyshire police were always very enthusiastic in their pursuit of speeding fines as well, hiding in bushes with handheld speed cameras and so on.
Perhaps they are similarly enthusiastic in all other matters of policing as well.

If I hear a police siren these days, I imagine they're rushing to an urgent incident where someone was called a n***er or to bust down someone's front door to check if they have a neighbour or two around for a cup of coffee. Because they sure as hell aren't interested in real crime like car crime or burglaries. Where are these legions of police coming from to intrude in every aspect of our daily lives like the Stasi? I thought they were short on numbers.

Lockdown enthusiasts - be careful what you wish for. You're encouraging the police state we now see. It's more about control than any virus.
