Does this switch have a fuse? (part 2)

So how did you determine that the guy you chose was not a DI?

I assumed DI was just a fancy abbreviation used amongst the electrician inner circle. What does it stand for?

I have a shiny new NICEIC certificate if that's what bothers you.

You tell us, given this exchange:
Sounds like a DI that's short of work.

Not round here.
Surely when RF said what he did, then by any reasonable standards of behaviour and intelligence you would have to know what he meant in order to tell him he was wrong?

Do you make a habit of telling people they are wrong when actually you have not got a clue about what they are saying?

No worse than your habit of spending time on this forum giving useless replies. (Actually your habit is much worse, given the sheer difference in volume.) If it isn't some shortform for "electrician" (a reasonable assumption given that I had said that an electrician had done the work) say what it is short for.

Lets have some photos :D

I originally linked some photos of the old setup but have removed them. Rather than being constructive, some people decided to air their large egos. I can't be bothered to reinstate.

After all you have said, you are in a very sticky position if you don't show us photos of the installation.

The only person doing that here is you.
