Draw Image and Support Ticket

The Draw Image facility does not work.

There is no worthwhile response when I set up a Support Ticket.

That's very odd, thanks for pointing it out. I'll look into why the drawing package has stopped working and fix it. It also appears that we're not receiving email notification of support requests
