Landlord gas safety checks...need for flame failure cut off

The fier is a Flavell Firenza and HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH.

At least we got the name of the FIRE any chance of the reasons on the ID notice, i can't believe(i before e except after c) he wrote no ffd.

I have had a safety check and the gas fitter has cut of and bent the pipe cos it is missing a thermocouple

this bit concerns me

the situation is NCS.
if the fire was in a bed room, or if there were other faults as well, the GIUSP would be ramped up, but this situation is NCS

Might just need to check through that book with regards to bedrooms or rooms used as bedrooms (ncs / AR)

just looked this fire up and it is a basic outset fire with no FSD fitted, it was a regular fire in the 80's (as far as i can recall)

the fire if performing correct (not spilling, correc gas rate etc) should have passed unless fitted in a room used for sleeping. (sofa in lounge excused )
