Possible explanation on that video: "The DPFs on diesels get very hot during a regen cycle and most have a fuel feed into the DPF for that to happen, it would have been under the front of the passenger compartment, as in most modern diesels... so, a broken fuel pipe sprayed fuel onto a very hot exhaust component?"
