Well this week I was asked to look at a portable appliance.

The customer told me they had tried a new fuse, but this had not worked.

I can see one stray strand coming from the neutral conductor and waving very close to the earth - I bet that's the problem.

Am I right?
 
If they were like one of my previous girlfriends then they used this for tightening screws:

I just can't comprehend what the person who wired that plug must have been thinking at the time :shock:

What did they expect after cutting off the plug? Muppets :roll:
 
Was it the fuse was wrong size therefore not letting enough lectrik thru causing device not to work?


Also watch out for knots in flex causing "Lumpy Lectrik " causes havoc
