powdered egg?

anyone know where I can get powdered whole eggs from ?

I like scrambled eggs now and again, but don't want to have to keep buying eggs and throwing one or two away when I don't use them..

use one or two more eggs each time then. Or make an omlette.

but then I wouldn't have any eggs left if I wanted eggs mid week..

with powdered egg i could have eggs when I wanted..

it's the same with the milk..

I have to open a 500ml carton for maybe 3 cups of coffee and a couple of splashes for my eggs... the rest ends up getting thrown away..

need to find somewhere that sells those milk sachets they do now ( small tube rather than the plastic pots you can get.. )

I know plenty of people who freeze milk! yup! sounds odd i know but it works!

those are the milk sticks I was thinking about... now to find a local supplier..

those eggs are advertised by a fishing store for making boilies.. so I'm not certain if they are fit for human consumption

guess I'll have to try the camping / sports stores, but they are dead expensive..

used to be able to get it from "Mr Tubbs"...
