Urban myth. Maybe on show plates just for a laugh but according to the DVLA databases, no such vehicle can be found. That’s both PEN1S and PEN15

My mate Terry plate used say TE77Y
He met Sam and changed his plate to TE77Y 8 S8M8NTH8. It got ridiculous when that had the boys.
