Private Number Plates

Looks like DVLA have made a booboo because they have issued September's plates in parts of Brum. BJ69????

Some owners are not accepting them.

Used to be quite easy to buy personal plates in NSW, I think you can design your own and as long as it fitted the state spec off you go, the firm I worked for had their modest fleet kitted out with the company initials followed by 000 - 005

DVLA withhold plates which they consider to be offensive so would be surprised if 'COCK' was issued anywhere.

I doubt it as well... never seen a COCK plate

I've seen that in the Edinburgh area, too.
