Since the last referendum economic figures have not looked as good, plus poor performance in education, NHS etc etc etc. The argument for independence will become more difficult to justify financially in the next 12 months.

Of course the reason for all the under performance and economic woe is because England is not giving them enough money, I'm not quite sure how independence will solve this problem.

The opinion polls also don't show support for independence, only 3 out of the last 23 polls show a lead to leave, maybe people now are realising that Brexit is not the end of the World as they were told, and(mostly) things are carrying on as normal.
