Now the opportunity for judicial review is to be curtailed following the Proroguing of Parliament judgement, led by conservatives who will remove the power of the judicial system from holding politicians to account.
The Conservative Party’s manifesto for the December 2019 election committed to a broad review of the UK constitution. As part of this commitment, the Conservative Party said it would “ensur[e] that [judicial review] is not abused to conduct politics by another means or to create needless delays”.

A vote for SNP is not a vote for independence. It might be considered as a vote for a referendum.

Mottie filly etc the hypocrites out in force trying to defend Bojo, the recent court order showed he misled parliament over contracts on top of his unlawful suspending of Parliament..

Just shows how pathetic you are.

    Both should go.

I'm thinking about ordering one of these for Sturgeon. I just need to get a good image of Nicoliar to go with it.

Oh right. How popular is she then? Commentators, news outlets, polls etc point to her being very popular in Scotland.

    Only to the simple minded.
Allow me to explain it you in terms that a simpleton could understand.
The forthcoming election in May is for MSPs.to represent their constituents in the Scottish Parliament.

NS has said that if SNP get a decent majority she will push for a second referendum. It is that referendum that will allow people in Scotland to vote for independence or not, as they see fit.
So it is entirely possible for anyone to vote for SNP, but vote to remain in UK. They may support the majority of SNP policies but not independence. In fact they could support the majority of SNP policies, but not a referendum.
    Get it now?

BJ has said he will refuse permission for a referendum.
I'd be more interested in what people think will happen in that case.

I thought the SNP had not been too good at governing Scotland - health, education etc. getting worse. - and were, in fact, a one subject party - independence.
