I fell out of my basket on the ground and fell down a 3 ft trench with a concrete base and reebar sticking up all over the place, I landed a bit odd and did some damage but nothing that I thought wouldn't heal up.

I had done the job and was on the ground so uncoupled myself to get out of the basket, I tripped on the way out on my drill on the floor.
