The ones we have are ridiculous, none of us know how they are programmed, we just press loads of buttons and hope for the best. I had some that the lights all came on during the day and switched off at night.

Why not no timer but just a photo cell?

They stipulate the times to us. Usually 4pm to midnight. Mainly because the residents complain that it stops them sleeping. City centres we usualy just let them burn through the night but not residential areas

They are a 20mm compression gland and absolutelyy fantastic things, they are called smart glands and never before have I seen them
