I very nearly copped it today around 14:05hrs. Ruddy lightning almost got me while I was beavering away in my workshop. The bolt from hell hit one of my catenary poles, demolishing it together with the cable and catenary wire. Luckily for me the bolt missed my workshop and now I'm seriously considering pucker lightning protection. Needless to say, my project did not receive any more attention and it will stay that way until my workshop power has been sorted out.
