I gave 4 because the plasterer will have to take off the surrounding paper to plaster up. Terrible job and worthy of reporting.Not too shabby.
No need for the switches to be in the on position when nothing plugged in. -2 points.
The securing screws should be aligned so that the slots are vertical not horizontal. -2 points.
Overall an acceptable 6/10.

Me too. Looks especially good when in a kitchen and the screws line up with a grout line. As they should.I always go horizontal
