No need for the switches to be in the on position when nothing plugged in. -2 points.
The securing screws should be aligned so that the slots are vertical not horizontal. -2 points.
Overall an acceptable 6/10.

I gave 4 because the plasterer will have to take off the surrounding paper to plaster up. Terrible job and worthy of reporting.

They aren't having it plastered straight away so I made it as neat as possible...

Me too. Looks especially good when in a kitchen and the screws line up with a grout line. As they should.
