As long as they live in the same household they SHOULD be held accountable. Hopefully, they will consider their own family before committing crimes against others. Their family can also punish them for bringing unnecessary hardship home.

It's another daft piece of badly written legislation which was not needed and which has now resulted in people being issued tickets for behavior which was not actually posing a threat to anyone.

Sorry, i lost the plot with this sentence, you are not saying that they should never have banned useing mobile phones while driving are you?
