Just had mine. Got home and made myself a ham and tomato sandwich with a packet of ready salted crisps followed by a banana. I’m now having a coffee and a little browse before going putting in a shift at the plot.

It's the Jaundice. I think I'm all better , but I'm not until my specialist tells me I'm better and can drink. I won't drink unless she tells me I can.

A lovely ham sandwich with Dijon mustard. I panic bought eight jars in the autumn when there was a worldwide brown mustard seed shortage, but I've only managed to get through two so far. Wonder how well it lasts?
