A chicken salad sandwich; lettuce, radish slices and cucumber with a layer of sandwich spread on one slice to give it zing. Found a jar on offer recently and it's a memory of the Summer of '76 in every bite.

Sausage in batter and chips on Southend seafront.
you m.waved a sandwich - why?
Just to have warm meat. It was really nice. I sometimes do it with beef sandwiches as well. I've just Googled, and apparently pastrami sandwiches are meant to be best when warm. This is a really easy way.
A bacon and egg sandwich on toasted, crusty bread, buttered one side, sauced the other. 
And tea. Obvs.

Looking forward to a corned beef sandwich 
A pub meal out, yesterday evening, followed once back home, by orange jelly, cream, and ice-cream. The latter, filled with tinned mandarin oranges, from Lidl - Lidl's mandarin oranges, in the past, have been fairly dire, but recent ones are top-notch, so while they are so good, we've been stocking up on them.
I feel the need...
