Do you not think women who in society are subject to male dominance violence and sexual abuse are not entitled to have a say?
Of course they are.

But what does that have to do with wanting segregation because of religious beliefs?

... e.g. a woman of faith who objects to mixed swimming sessions justifies separate sessions.

Of course they are.

One of many reasons why women might want a female only space. You don't need a software programme, its about biological sex.

Including this statement:

"It is not the role of the court to adjudicate on the arguments in the public domain on the meaning of gender or sex, nor is it to define the meaning of the word ‘women’ other than when it is used in the provisions of the EA 2010,”
Thats judges saying we are not politicians, even the daily wail gets that.

When you asked me your vague question, you did not mention trans people.

I still don't know what you meant. Do you?
I thought that would be a tacit understanding, considering the thread topic.
Do you believe "all men are born equal"?

In 2006 and 2007, the organisation opposed segments of the Equality Act Sexual Orientation Regulations, organising a rally outside Parliament and a petition which gained over 10,000 signatures, on the grounds that they claimed the new law would "discriminate heavily" against Christians. From Autumn 2007, they campaigned against some clauses in the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill, organising a demonstration outside Parliament in January 2008.[28] Both Bills subsequently passed reading in the House of Commons without amendment.
