Perhaps you could support your assertion that it is, with similar numerous scientific and medical articles?

It is not sufficient to claim that the law decrees that sex is binary, because the law does not over rule nor negate science.
The law interprets, provides guidance and limits, and creates social constructs of fuzzy and difficult issues.
