at 6ft 4in, 200lbs is at the top end of the "normal" BMI range, but that's like 14st 4lbs.. rediculous if you ask me..
it's what I was aiming for, but after talking to a mate at work who's about my height, he's about 17st and looks ok so I'll aim for that and see what I look like when I get there..

I would say the weight charts must be a guideline so I would forget it, I don't even know what weight I am but happy with the shape I'm in. If I go by the weight charts, I'll seeing all my ribs! Have done it when I was 12st 4lbs and my friends was worried that I was ill :!:

And your right I`m 6 ft 2 and about 18 stone and I would look like a stick insect if I took to the BMI index and height/weight charts.
 
as of tonight, i'm 0.5lbs shy of having lost that much.. :D 12st 13.5lbs lost so far..

ive gained 6 pounds since xmas....apparently ive still got to put another 12 pounds on .. :rolleyes:
