That would make one insane and suicidal. What good would that be?
As a parent, (as most of us are) I'd prefer she was dead, rather than thinking of the disgusting alternative.

What do you want me to say? The McCanns may have killed their child and smoke screened indefinitely? That's painful for them on many levels.
Or, their kid has gone missing? For what purpose? If it;s for endless sh@gging then that would drive me bonkers. If it's for a replacement child then that would drive me bonkers too, but out of frustration and notnfear/hatred.

From what has became clear in the last couple of years with the Fritzl's and the couple of cases in the US, kidnappings and long term imprisonment of young girls is going on and these are the only ones that have been found out. There is a good possibility that she is still alive and in the same situation. All leads should be exhausted in any case like this before its closed.
