I do cars, motorcycles, cycles and Health & Safety.

I should think your best reward is when they do a turn around and make good legal use of the skills you teach them.

Some have but most of them have had pretty terrible lives and most are either in care homes or with foster parents. The organisation that sub contracts my company, look after their educational needs and all of them are 1:1 students - some are even 2:1 (two tutors to one student) and for various reasons which I can’t go into, cannot go into premises where there are more than a couple of other students and all have to be educated off premises. My maximum group size is....2.
